Quick Installation Steps for Overseerr on Unraid
- Open Unraid and Navigate to the Community Applications Plugin
- Go to the “Apps” tab and search for “Overseerr.”
- Select the Overseerr container from the search results.
- Configure Overseerr Settings
- Set the
Host Path
for/config
to a location on your Unraid server where Overseerr can store its data. - Set the
Host Path
for/movies
and/tv
to the directories where your media content is stored. - Ensure that the network type is set to
bridge
orhost
, depending on your network configuration. - Assign the appropriate port number (default is
5055
).

- Click “Apply” and wait for the container to finish installing.
- Once it’s up and running, you can access Overseerr via your browser by going to

Setting Up Overseerr

- Connect Overseerr to your Plex server by signing in with your Plex account.
